1. Jogja Kembali Monument Museum.
The museum, which is located on the North Ring Road of Yogyakarta, has a typical shape, which is a cone like tumpeng, consisting of 3 floors and equipped with a library and a multipurpose room. At the entrance shutter there were 422 names of heroes who died in the Wehrkreise III (RIS) area between December 19, 1948 and June 29, 1949. In 4 museum rooms on the 1st floor there were collections of objects: regalia, replicas, photos, documents, heraldic, various types of weapons, evocative forms of public kitchen in the atmosphere of the independence war 1945-1949. 2. Mount Merapi Museum
Is a historical museum located in Yogyakarta precisely Jln. Boyong, Banteng Hamlet, Harjobinangun Village, Pakem District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta about five kilometers from the Kaliurang tourist area. The flagship collection of Mount Merapi Museum is the Miniature of Mount Merapi, which is seen from above. is a spectacle that is worth listening to. Mountain activity is dangerous though, but has its own charm. This miniature displays the appearance of a volcano that is emitting smoke.
3. Gunung Kidul Karst Museum.

Karst For Life contains dioramas of earth's history with past life, especially in the karst area to use karst rocks for modern industries. 4. History of Java Museum
How come it's a foreign name, is there a Museum of History of Java in Yogyakarta ?,
Yes ..., this is the newest museum in Jogja, even when I write this blog, the Museum isn't open yet !,
Why do I know it's a museum ?, because there is a writing about the History of Java Museum, Opening Soon on the banner hehehe…..
This museum building was formerly a Pyramid Café or Planet Pyramid. Located on JL. Parangtritis Km 5.5 Bantul, DIY.
This very distinctive form of pyramid in Giza is indeed very eye catching when we pass on Jl. Parangtritis. But apparently, this pyramid philosophy is not a Pyramid in Egypt but a philosophy of Javanese tumpeng !,
When I passed the Parangtritis street a few days ago, I was curious about the massive construction that took place there. So I began to find out what to do with a unique building that survived this 2006 earthquake.
And finally, from a friend who opened a transportation service business, I knew this would be a museum.
From the flyers given to me, quite interesting, there are writings of Augmented Reality and 3D theater Movies. There is an educational diorama zone to selfie photos and ... yummi ... there is a Djogja Food Street ...
Their tagline is Knowing the Legend of Java Land in Exotic Cultural Values and Traditions ... legend, so what is the collection? Does it have anything to do with Raffles book History of Java?
Let's wait. According to a friend who gave the flyers this museum will be opened sometime in October 2018. So it's not long and ... Jogja has a place to go again ...
That was 4 museums that were unique in Jogja, so when did you walk to the museum?
